Will the vq3 tournament be played in OSP or CPMA's version of OSP?

Also, how will the server locations be chosen? For example, I'm in CA, and I see that one of the people who signed up is in Germany. Obviously there is no where either of us could play that would have decent latency. So what's the plan in that regard.

-It will be played in CPMA with the VQ3 gameplay enabled

-It's an American-based tournament. We have two servers available, nineX's Chicago and BBQ Pit L.A. In the occurrence that two EU players match-up, they are free to play in a EU server provided a ref is present. But for the finals, no matter who is in it, it will take place in 1 of the 2 American servers.
