Razer makes great products IMO.

Don't use a headset. Get a massive speaker system and set to max volume, with a standard microphone like the kind a TV reporter would use during an interview, and get a stand for it. Get a pedal by your feet and make it so when you push down on the pedal the speaker volume is reduced by 80% and the microphone is turned on until you release the pedal.
